Exhibitor Hall Schedule

Friday, April 9

12 noon - 3:30pm: Arrive, check-in at exhibit registration and set-up.
3:30 - 6:00pm: Exhibit Hall Open! Make those contacts!
6:00 - 7:30pm: Exhibit Hall Closed. Exhibitor hospitality room open.
7:30 - 10:00pm: Exhibit Hall Open! Make those contacts!
10:00 - 11:00pm: Fellowship and give-away party. (Recommend providing a give-away for either students or adults).

Saturday, April 10

10:00 - 10:30am: Fellowship
10:30 - 11:30am: Exhibit Hall Open! Make those contacts! (Last chance to sign up for Saturday give-away prizes.)
11:30am: Drawings for final give-away. (Recommend providing a give-away for adults).
11:30am - 1:00pm: Break for lunch. (Not provided). Please post winners of your give-away at your booths so people can come by and see if they've won.
1:00 - 3:15 pm: Exhibit Hall Open! Make more contacts and give your prizes to the people who won.
3:30 pm: Breakdown
